| Real Schools, Real Education: |
| The wide majority of public schools present in the communities that TCF serves, typically lack safe building structures and basic facilities such as furniture, electricity, water, and sanitation. TCF schools are purpose-built and well-equipped providing all the essentials for a quality educational environment. Each school has a play area, library, art room and facilities such as clean water, electricity and toilets. |

| No Discrimination: |
| TCF schools are open to all children regardless of their race, color, creed, religion or location. Tolerance for race, religion and ethnicity is strongly inculcated in our students, who are encouraged to become open-minded, peace-loving and socially responsible members of society. |
| National Presence: |
| TCF Schools are not limited to certain communities. They are present across Pakistan and constantly growing in number, reaching out to forgotten communities and villages in far flung areas of the country. |
| Professional Management: |
| TCF is a professionally managed by a team of highly dedicated leaders and staff employed on a full-time basis. Currently, there are over 6000 full time employees, which includes 4150 qualified teachers. |

| TCF has been assigned a not-for-profit organization (NPO) governance rating of GR-8 by JCR-VIS Credit Rating Co Ltd. These ratings are based on a scale ranging from GR-1 (lowest) to GR-10 (highest). The assigned rating denotes a high level of governance. |

| Scholarships & Assistance: |
| Educational aid of up to 95 percent of the total tuition and fees is provided to all needy students. Due to this, many students pay as little as Rs 10 (less than 0.10) per month. Books and uniforms are provided at easy installments, or distributed free to those who cannot afford them. |
| Co-Education System: |
TCF schools are often unique in offering a co-education schooling environment in the communities they serve. In addition, female enrollment in TCF schools is close to 50 percent, a remarkable achievement when compared to the national literacy averages
amongst women in Pakistan. Many of the female graduates from TCF schools are the first young women to be educated in their families. |
| Comprehensive & Dynamic Curriculum: |
| Though TCF schools follow a curriculum in line with the officially prescribed syllabus by the government, it is suitably modified and regularly updated to meet the demands of modern-day education. TCF’s program is regularly evaluated through periodic inspections and assessments to ensure that the quality of education delivered is up to the highest standards. |
| Trained Teachers and a Dedicated Teacher Training Center: |
Education in TCF schools is imparted through formally trained teachers; hired strictly on merit basis. All our teachers undergo four weeks of extensive pre-service training (before they are allowed to teach in the schools). In addition, all teachers are required to
attend a developmental training session every year.
